She's Got It Down.

Alexis over the past 3 days has been potty training. I mean like really potty training. I will spare you all the details but since we are running back and forth from the potty and with all the cheering I haven't had time to take many pictures of her.

I did have a friend get me a copy of Photoshop - seriously where has this been all my life? I love it! I love what you can do with it to make your pictures a little "cleaner" and more crisp. I will be learning to use it some more as the days go by I'm sure.

We had Alexis' BFF come over last night for a little belated birthday get together and she reluctantly let me snap a few photos of her.  Here is Tessa in all her cuteness!

Auntie Ashley is coming into town this weekend so I KNOW there will be pictures!!  She always can find ways to get Alexis to sit long enought for some pictures!  Have a great Friday all!

So I've written before about the bond and love that Alexis has for her "Tessa". It's so cute. Each day when Derek comes home from work and we sit down at the table for dinner, he will ask Alexis "what did you do today?" and every single day Alexis responds " ahhhhhh Tessa" and so the same adorable conversation will begin about how she went shopping with Tessa and they bought apples and bananas. The only thing that ever changes is who drives them and who gave them money - so funny!


Last week we had a little visit with Alexis' bestie and I was able to snap some pictures, while Robyn ensured that Alexis didn't squish her Tessa with love and excitement! Here are some of the pictures. My favourite is the one with Tessa making a little Elvis lip! So cute!
