Fun and Sun.

For the last couple of weeks/while I've been kind of MIA on the old blog. I apologize yet again to those of you who come on here to see pictures of the little one.  But I'm not lying when I say - she won't let me take pictures of her. I try and usually they end up like this ...

This is Alexis legitiamally hiding her face from me as I am taking a picture.  The whole time I was trying to get her to turn around but ... no luck ... so no picture.

But today was a fluke perhaps? We were enjoying the beautiful and finally sunny weather from all the soggy-ness, and Alexis was so caught up in playing I was actually le to snap some pictures - and she even posed for some!!! Eureka! 

This year Alexis has been all about going outside and playing. She is loving the "ool" (pool) as she calls it - and constantly wants to go in. I filled up this pool that we had in our backyard that someone was giving away ... I know I know ... I'm a sucker for free stuff! Especially when I don't have to pay a penny and it's in perfectly good condition! Score!

Don't worry either ... she was slathered with 60 sunscreen so she wasn't about to burn - I'm crazy  when it comes to that sort of thing! lol.
