In light of the fact that we are still on our "Healthy Eating" resolution around our house, I often search online for some low fat/low cal. ideas for dinners and desserts. We don't often eat dessert at our house - more of a snack later on at night ... and I found this recipe on the Weight Watchers website. It's stinkin' easy too! So yesterday Alexis and I thought we would use our new aprons we got for Christmas and make it.

(FYI: I didn't realize until I published this and a reader brought it to my attention that I never did tell you what we made! Light/fat free chocolate pudding and a couple scoops of light cool whip. Make it pudding as directions say, add a couple spoonfuls of light cool whip and scoop into little bowls. If I had any I would have added some raspberries as well. Enjoy!)
